Shipping Policy

At Dermaze+, we aim to deliver your skincare essentials quickly and reliably. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with shipping timelines ranging between 3–7 business days across most locations in India. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled the next working day. Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹499, while a small fee may apply to orders below that or on Cash on Delivery. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Dermaze+, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your request. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used skincare products unless there is a proven quality issue. To request a return, simply email us with your order number and clear photos of the product, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
